Week 1 – Kingdom Creations
June 8 – June 12 Cost of Camp $370
The space transforms into a land of forts, towers, and hidden hideaways. Campers stack, drape, and connect boxes, fabrics, and other materials to create structures of every shape and size. Walls rise, tunnels twist, and secret passages appear as imaginations run wild. Each day offers new adventures in building, collaborating, and bringing stories to life through the structures they create.
Week 2 – Obstacle Warriors
June 15 – June 19 Cost of Camp $370
Campers explore, design, and test their own obstacle courses, moving, balancing, and discovering new ways to navigate the space. Outdoors, courses shift with tires, planks, and crates, while indoors, familiar games take on surprising twists. Each course is a new adventure, full of motion, laughter, and inventive play.
Week 3 – Imagination Station
June 22 – June 26 Cost of Camp $370
The camp becomes a workshop of possibilities, where campers craft, combine, and experiment with recycled materials and open-ended parts. Ideas take shape as towers, machines, or fantastical creations, then transform again as imagination guides the next invention. Each day is a chance to invent, explore, and see what emerges from curiosity and play.
Week 4 – Muddy Buddies
July 6 – July 10 Cost of Camp $370
Step into a world shaped by the textures and possibilities of the earth. Mud, clay, sand, and other natural materials invite hands and feet to explore, build, and transform. Along the way, discover how different soils, clays, and sands are formed, how they hold water, and what kinds of plants and creatures grow in each. Some days become bustling mud kitchens, others workshops for sculptures, sandcastles, or imaginative landscapes. The space evolves with each child’s curiosity, offering opportunities for sensory exploration, experimentation, and problem-solving.
Week 5 – Splash and Dash
July 13 – July 17 Cost of Camp $370
This camp centers around building paths for water and seeing what the current can carry. Campers create courses that twist, slope, and spill, then send objects downstream to see where they end up. Some journeys are smooth, others chaotic, and all of them invite rebuilding, rerouting, and trying again. The space shifts constantly as campers shape the flow and follow it, absorbed in the rhythm of water moving through a world they’ve made.
Week 6 – Story Card Theatre
July 20- July 24 Cost of Camp $370
Led by Arts and Sciences Japanese teacher, Satori Murata, this camp invites Campers into the world of Japanese storytelling through kamishibai, a traditional picture-card theater, alongside animal tales inspired by Japanese culture and zodiac stories. Stories will serve as a starting point for imaginative play, with campers exploring storytelling through art-making, simple props, movement, and dramatic play. The week will build toward making and sharing their very own picture-card animal stories.
Week 7 – Totoro Is Your Friend!
July 27 – July 31 Cost of Camp $370
Led by Arts and Sciences Japanese teacher, Satori Murata, this camp jumps into the gentle and magical world of Totoro, immersing campers in Japanese culture through play, music, movement, and imagination. Campers learn simple Japanese greetings, songs, and dances while engaging with open-ended materials and props inspired by Studio Ghibli. Materials created by children during a previous week’s “Ghibli World” camp are incorporated into the environment, providing a rich setting for imaginative play. The camp emphasizes connection, creativity, and warmth, inviting campers to experience the spirit of Totoro through shared play and cultural exploration.
