Summer Camp Registration

CAMPER INFORMATION

Please submit a NEW FORM for each additional camper you are enrolling.
ECECD Applicants: You must have an existing and current contract with Early Childhood Education & Care Department prior to registering for camp.

If you are planning to apply for an ECECD contract, do not register at this time. Start your ECECD application and select us as your childcare provider requesting the weeks you need for camp. Once we receive your contract, we will approve your request if the spots are available and you can register at that time.

To secure the weeks you need, you can pay in advance and if your contract is approved at a later date, you will be reimbursed by check. Select NO at this time to complete your registration.

Parent/Guardian Information

To qualify for a payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of $700 is due upon registration along with an agreement for automated clearing house services for remainder due. Camp spots will NOT be reserved until this deposit is received. The full remaining BALANCE IS DUE BY JUNE 1st. Any camps not paid in full by June 1st may be released for enrollment to other campers.
