To apply for admissions for 7th or 8th grade, please complete the following 7 steps:


Step 1) Application for Admission Form

To be completed by the applicant’s parent(s)/guardian(s). Apply online, request an application by mail, or download a pdf to print.

Step 2) Student Application Form

To be filled out and submitted by the student applicant

Step 3) Non-Refundable Application Fee: $50

Online payment can be made using the button below.  If paying by check, make payable to Arts & Sciences and mail to 5912 Jaguar Dr, Santa Fe NM 87507.

Fee is waived for Financial Aid Applicants during the application process.

Step 4) Request for Records Form

Please complete this form to authorize your child’s current or most recent school’s office to release student records to Arts & Sciences.

Step 5) Math & English Recommendation Forms

Please fill out this form to authorize your child’s current or most recent Math & English teachers to provide confidential information to Arts & Sciences.  The teachers will complete an online form and send it directly to our school.

Step 6) Schedule an Interview

For Parents/Guardians only.  Please schedule a zoom meeting to discuss your and your child’s interest in our school.

Step 7) Middle School Mingle

Schedule an after school mingle for your child to get to know our incredible teachers and students and find out more about our program.

Middle School Tours

We are offering a limited number of School Tours, on Saturdays, for individual families interested in our Middle School. We will follow all of our safety protocols and the Governor’s Health Order.  We look forward to welcoming you to our campus!

Admissions Options and Deadlines

Early Admissions Option – Application Deadline: December 3, 2020 – We invite applicants that are committed to attending Arts & Sciences to submit an early application.  Early Admissions acceptances are communicated in December 2020.

Full Tuition Applicants: Applicants that are accepted in the Early Admissions process and decide to enroll, are required to submit the non-refundable $1200 deposit (to be applied toward 2021-2022 tuition) and the signed Enrollment Contract by December 15, 2020 to secure enrollment.

Financial Aid Applicants: Qualifying applicants applying for Financial Aid that are accepted in the Early Admissions process are required to submit the non-refundable $50 deposit (to be applied toward 2021-2022 tuition) and will have their spot held until the Financial Aid determination is communicated in March 2021.

Regular Admissions Option – Application Deadline: February 12, 2021 – Applicants will be considered during the Regular Admissions review process, which takes place in late February 2021.  Acceptances are communicated by the end of March.  Once accepted, the non-refundable $1200 deposit (to be applied to first Fall 2021 tuition payment) and signed Enrollment Contract are required to secure enrollment.

Financial Aid – To apply for financial aid for the 2021-2022 school year, submit the Financial Aid Application along with your most recent completed tax return, by December 3, 2020 for Early Admissions applicants, or by February 12, 2021 for Regular Admissions applicants.  Financial Aid determinations are communicated in March.
