To apply for admissions to our Elementary Program, please complete the following:
For students entering Kindergarten through 6th Grade
1) Application for Admission
To be completed by the applicant’s parent(s)/guardian(s). Apply online, request an application by mail, or download a pdf to print.
2) Non-Refundable Application Fee: $50
Online payment can be made using the button below. If paying by check, make payable to Arts & Sciences and mail to 5912 Jaguar Dr, Santa Fe NM 87507.
Fee waived for Financial Aid Applicants
3) Student Information Form
To be completed by parent/guardian. Please complete this form to authorize
your child’s current or most recent teacher to provide confidential student information to our Director of Admissions. The teacher will send their completed form directly to us.
4) Request for Records Form
Please complete this form to authorize your child’s current or most recent school’s office to release student records to Arts & Sciences.
Once your application materials have been received, your child’s name will be added to our waitlist, and we will send you a confirmation by email. When there is an opening in the class that your child is applying for, we will call you and you will have the option at that time to pursue the admissions process to complete your application, which includes: providing updated application materials, scheduling a parent/guardian interview, and scheduling a time for you and your child to visit our classroom(s). If there is not an opening for the school year that you have applied for, you will have the option of remaining on our waitlist for the following school year.
School Tours are temporarily postponed at this time, with the exception for families who are in the enrollment process.
