Santa Fe School for the Arts & Sciences strives to make our school affordable, and each year we fundraise to make financial aid available for qualifying families. Annual fundraising efforts and our modest but growing endowment fund allow us to provide an excellent education to a diverse student population. In order to apply for financial aid, please provide complete responses to each question to ensure that we are able to process your application, attaching additional information if needed. Please submit this application, along with a copy of your most recent tax return. You can email your tax return and any additional information (not provided on this form) to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of separation or divorce with shared custody, each parent/guardian must submit a separate application and tax return.
