Agreement with Volunteer Photographers

As a volunteer photographer for Santa Fe School for the Arts & Sciences (SFSAS), I agree to the following:

1. The photos I take of SFSAS students will be copyrighted to me if I so wish.
2. The right to use/publish photos of SFSAS students will belong to SFSAS, and I agree not to publish any of these photos without permission from the school.

3. I will provide digital copies of all photos taken to SFSAS.
4. SFSAS will provide photo credits to the photographer wherever possible.
5. Photos that I take for SFSAS may be used for both internal and external purposes, including on the school’s website and social media, printed promotional materials, student portfolios, classroom projects, etc.

6. The donation of photographic services may qualify as an in-kind donation for tax purposes (verify with your tax professional). SFSAS will provide a receipt for services if requested.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE RELEASE, FULLY AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE.
