This sign up is for Wednesday lunches for the WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR.

If you would like to participate on a DROP-IN basis, there is no need to fill out this form. Just RSVP and send your child with $10 on Wednesdays.

*NO Hot Lunch for Middle School during 100 Elk / during overseas trip for 8th graders / adventure weeks (while 8th is overseas) for 7th graders.
