Community Workshops

The CoLab is providing workshops around New Mexico, funded by ECECD and powered by CNMi. Participants will receive a $100 stipend for each workshop. In addition, a travel stipend of $.65 per mile will be paid when participants travel from outside of the venue city.

Developing collaborative educational practices that inspire a classroom culture of creativity, curiosity, discovery, and joy. Reggio Emilia’s social-constructivist approach to early education offers a way for teachers and families to discover new ways of listening, engaging and building understanding with children. Collectively reflecting on documentation helps inform a project’s direction; and flexible, relationship-driven learning environments are created to provoke and inspire children’s explorations and interests.
