Camp spots will not be reserved until payment has been made. Any camp balances unpaid by June 1st may result in camps being released to other campers.FOR MATH MINDSET CAMPFREE week-long camp for households with an annual income less than $58,000 per year. For households who earn over $58,000 per year, this camp is offered with a sliding scale $25-$295.CONFIRMATIONSWe will email confirmation once your deposit/payment has been made. All camps will be FULLY SECURED once your final balance has been paid.REFUND POLICYDeposits and camp payments are non-refundable. In the event of illness, alert us right away and provide a doctor’s note OR notice of your camper’s positive covid test. In these cases, we will provide a prorated refund of camp payment less a $50 admin fee.Will you be applying for Financial Aid? (Deadline April 21) *YESNOPlease pay a deposit of $50 if you will be applying for financial aid. We offer financial aid for only 2 camp weeks. Please submit a financial aid form along with your complete 2023 or 2024 tax forms (all schedules must be included) by the DEADLINE: SUNDAY, APRIL 21. The deposit is required to hold your chosen camp(s) while your request is processed. If you accept the financial award offered, your $50 deposit will count toward your camp payment. If you decline the award, your deposit will be returned minus a $25 Registration Fee. Our summer camp program accepts ECECD funds. If applying for ECECD, there is a non-refundable $25 Registration Fee required to hold your chosen camp week(s).Do you need a payment plan?
