Summer Camp Registration

Camps are $350 per week. Camp deposits and payments are non-refundable. Camp spots will not be reserved until payment has been made. Any camp balances unpaid by June 1st may result in camps being released to other campers. Before care is available for $10 a day from 8:00am-9:00am. Aftercare is available for $25 a day from 3:00pm-5:00pm.

Early Childhood Education Care Applicants: A $25 administration fee is required while awaiting your approved contract(s).

Financial Aid Applicants: A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot until the committee reviews your application. If you accept the financial award offered, your $50 deposit will go toward your balance due. If you decline the award, your deposit will be returned minus a $25 Registration Fee.

Payment Plan Applicants: Available when enrolling in 3 or more camp weeks. To qualify for a payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of $700 is due upon registration along with an agreement for automated clearing house (ACH) services for remainder due. Camp spots will NOT be reserved until this deposit is received. The full remaining BALANCE IS DUE BY JUNE 1st. Any camps not paid in full by June 1st may be released for enrollment to other campers. Cancellations before balance is paid will incur a $50 fee.

We will email you a confirmation once your deposit/payment has been made. All camps will be FULLY SECURED once your final balance has been paid.
